💞 The Charity Sector

• In total income, it’s twice the size of the advertising, fashion and restaurant industries, combined.
• Only a small minority (less than 20%) of charity income comes from donations. The rest comes from grants, contracts with the public sector and payments for services (e.g. nursery sessions).
• There’s virtually no tech platforms available to manage the bulk of these services and income sources.
• 96% of charities earn less than £1 million per year, so haven’t got a hope in hell of building their own systems.

That’s what we’re solving. A platform for all charities, particularly the smaller, local organisations. That saves them from hundreds of millions of hours of bureaucracy, helps more people access their services, and lets the institutions that fund them work out how effective they are at supporting people.

🛠️ The product

For charities, we help them keep a record of all the people they work with, the activities they run, and the outcomes those people are achieving (like “getting a job”). They can share this information across their team, with their trustees and with the people that fund them, and have reports all visible in live dashboards with nice graphs and maps.
